This summers DUTA LAN kicked off in fine stylee on the 25th - 27th July Big congrats to all who made it, as 11 of our gaming cohorts made it to the HHH to make it the biggest DUTA LAN yet. It was a squeeze (images reminiscent of baked tinned sardines should come to mind), but we all squished in somehow, and a great time seemed to be had by all. Peeps came from all ends of the British landmass, and so a HUGE thanks shoud be Kl@el and M@D for their, well frankly insane journey from the furthest north to reach us, and to Ginja and Madock who also trod a particularily long and scarey road (the A1) to get to us. Locals who also managed to get to HHH were; Nilrem, Alien, Fink, Husky, Lester, Hippy and Nevyn. Game play was, as usual, of the highest quality, (and so were the Mike Myers impressions, big up to the Ginja fella and his amazing accents), long nights and relativly early mornings meant many many hours been spent on RVS, mixed in with liberal quantities of Battlefield 1942 and Kelly Slaters Surfing. The rooms were hot, the beer relativly cold, and the company chilled.... all in all a great LAN , and we are all looking forward to the next..... bring it on.....
